Refund Policy
1 The Client has the right to terminate or cancel an Order or Project before the Project commences, EBOMEDIA INTERACTIVE shall issue a FULL refund.
2 The Client shall be liable to lose 50% of the project cost paid, in addition to the cost incurred by EBOMEDIA INTERACTIVE in pursuance of the services ordered, if project is cancelled by the Client after it has commenced on the Client's approval.
3 The Project shall be cancelled, if within 5 Business days, the Client does not confirm or approve in writing that the project should commence. EBOMEDIA INTERACTIVE shall notify client before the project is cancelled. A full refund shall be issued in this case.
